Graceful Life Nation provides non-clinical listening and encouragement services only. By using this website or any Graceful Life Nation service, you acknowledge and agree that this service is not therapy, counseling, coaching, medical care, or crisis intervention.
All services are provided through paid, phone-based listening support. Payment is required before services are rendered. Graceful Life Nation does not guarantee outcomes, emotional results, or specific experiences from any call.
Prayer and spiritual encouragement are optional and are provided only upon request. Faith-based support is never assumed, required, or imposed.
Use of this website and services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Right to Refuse Service
Graceful Life Nation reserves the right to refuse, limit, or discontinue service at any time to maintain a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment.
Service may be refused or terminated immediately, without refund, if a caller engages in behavior that is abusive, threatening, manipulative, sexually explicit, harassing, inappropriate, or violates personal boundaries.
Graceful Life Nation may also decline service if a caller’s needs exceed the scope of non-clinical listening support.
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be completed before a call begins.
Payments are non-refundable once a call has started, regardless of call length or outcome.
Missed calls, no-shows, or failure to connect during scheduled times are not eligible for refunds.
Subscriptions and membership plans may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time.
Privacy Policy
Graceful Life Nation respects your privacy.
Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing services, scheduling calls, and responding to inquiries. Personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Graceful Life Nation does not store or have access to full payment details.
Limited records may be kept for operational and administrative purposes. All reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information.
Availability & Emergency Policy
Graceful Life Nation is not monitored 24/7 and does not provide emergency or crisis support.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, emotional crisis, or are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider.
Graceful Life Nation is unable to provide immediate assistance outside posted service hours. Calls and messages received outside service hours are typically returned within 24–48 hours.
