- Basic — $30/month
2 calls every 2 weeks — 20 minutes per call
- Standard — $60/month
3 calls every 2 weeks — 20 minutes per call
- Extended — $120/month
3 calls every 2 weeks — 30 minutes per call - Up to 1 Courtesy Reschedule per month
- Weekly Support — $250/month
2 calls every week — 30 minutes per call - Up to 2 Courtesy Reschedules per month
- Silver — $500/month
3 calls every week — 30 minutes per call - Up to 3 Courtesy Reschedules per month
- Gold — $1,000/month
2 calls every week — 60 minutes per call - Up to 4 Courtesy Reschedules per month

Courtesy Reschedule Policy
Members must contact Graceful Life Nation before their scheduled appointment time to request a courtesy reschedule. Missed appointments without advance notice are forfeited and are not eligible for a credit or courtesy reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
